Holiday Isle Rules and Regulations (summarized)


The Holiday Isle Rules and Regulations were developed for the enjoyment of all members and guests.  Please become familiar with these rules and share with all of your family and guests.
  • Holiday Isle is a smoke-free property, Smoking is a nuisance to owners and guests and is therefore banned in all common areas including amenity areas, breezeways, parking garage and unit balconies.
  • Owners must have all utilities changed into their name within 7 days of closing.
  • No work of any kind is to be done upon or affecting Common Elements without obtaining the approval of the Association.
  • Sidewalks, entrances, hallways, corridors and stairways may not be obstructed.
  • No articles shall be left in common areas, breezeways, parking garages except for those areas specifically designated for their purpose by the Association.  Nothing should be hung, shaken from any doors, windows, roofs, balconies, or patios. Nothing shall be placed on windowsills.
  • No bicycles, scooters or similar vehicles may be taken into or through the building main entrance. 
  • No unit owner shall make disturbing noises or activity in the building or do anything that will interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other unit owners or tenants.  
  • Noise should not be at a level heard outside fo the unit or through unit walls between the hours of 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
  • No construction or repairs work, other than emergency repairs, shall be done between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5 pm. weekdays.
  • No vehicle shall be parked in such a manner as to impede or prevent ready access to any entrance or exit from the board by another vehicle unless approved by a limited period by the HOA or board.
  • Parking areas are for automobiles only and not oversize or commercial vehicles.
  • No flammable, combustible or explosive fluid, materials, chemical substances are permitted in units except for what is necessary and appropriate to operate unit.
  • Nothing should be done or kept in any Unit that will increase the rate of insurance of the building and contents.
  • One one dog less than 65 pounds or one cat may be kept by a Unit Owner.  
  • All persons shall be properly attired when appearing in amenity areas, breezeways, parking garage, common areas and public spaces of the condominium.
  • All owners shall abide by applicable federal and local laws, regulations and ordinances.

Outdoor Pool Rules:

PLEASE NOTE:  In accordance with the Governor’s “Safer at Home” ordinance, which remains in effect, Holiday Isle will enforce the 50% capacity requirement at the outdoor pool.  The maximum load is 45, therefore the Holiday Isle is limiting chairs around the pool to 24. No objects such as floats, (with the exception of baby floats) balls, toys, noodles, etc. will be permitted in the outdoor pool area.
 
Hours: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm | Pool Area Load: 45
  • Pool is for use by owners and guests only. Proof of residency may be requested.
  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – Swim at your own risk.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Spray chairs with disinfectant spray provided on tables prior to leaving.
  • 6’ Distancing between parties are being enforced.
  • Shower before entering the pool. Showers are located at the beach entrance and indoor pool restrooms.
  • NO SMOKING or vaping of any kind in or around pool or spa area.
  • NO FOOD in the pool area. Food may be consumed only in the grill area.
  • NO GLASS in the pool area. Beverages must be in plastic or aluminum containers.
  • No running, diving, rough play or oversized water toys in or around the pool.
  • No profanity is allowed.
  • Use headphones or earbuds when listening to music.
  • Pool furniture must remain on the pool deck.
  • Chairs are for use by people present in the pool area. No saving of chairs.
  • No animals are allowed in the pool area.
  • Swim diapers are required on anyone not potty trained.
  • Remove all personal items when leaving the pool area and dispose of trash properly.
In case of emergency, please call 911.

The Emergency phone is located at the west end of the outdoor pool area.
Pool rules are in accordance with the Holiday Isle Owners Association. Violation may result in revocation of pool privileges or removal from the property. Call 251-445-7011 to report any issues.
 
Spa Area Rules:

PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub, sauna and steam room are closed as a COVID-19 precaution.

  • Spa facilities are for use by owners and guests only. Proof of residency may be
    requested.
  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – Swim at your own risk.
  • Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the hot tub.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No one under the age of 18 allowed in the sauna or steam room.
  • 6’ Distancing between parties are being enforced.
  • Shower before entering the pool. Showers are located at the beach entrance and
    indoor pool restrooms.
  • NO SMOKING or vaping of any kind in or around pool or spa area.
  • NO FOOD in the pool area. Food may be consumed only in the grill area.
  • NO GLASS in the pool area. Beverages must be in plastic or aluminum containers.
  • No jumping or diving into the hot tub.
  • No profanity.
  • Use headphones or earbuds when listening to music.
  • No animals allowed in the pool area.
  • Only swim diapers allowed in pool
  • Remove all personal items when leaving the pool area and dispose of trash properly.

Fitness Room Rules:

Please Note: You must sign a waiver to use the gym and schedule a time under Reservations Management.
  • Please wipe down used equipment after use.
  • Use the fitness equipment at your own risk.
  • Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the fitness room.
  • Children between the ages of 12 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Dry shoes, shirts and shorts must be worn at all times.
  • No flip flops.
  • No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the fitness room.
Community Grill Rules:
 
Two commercial electric grills and a dining table are provided on the balcony adjacent to the pool area for owner and guest use.  
  • Please enjoy them and clean up afterwards for the next person. 
  • No one under the age of 18 may use the grills.
  • Users must remain in the grill area while the grill is on.  
  • All cookware and food must be removed from the grill area after use.
  • When finished cooking, turn grill temperature to "0,"  leave timer to shut off, and scrub the grate with the wire brush.
  • Do not use liquids to extinguish flames.
  • All food must remain in grill area - food is not allowed in the pool areas.
(The use of gas or charcoal grills on Holiday Isle property is prohibited.)
